Q. Can I make a same-day reservation?
A. Depending on availability, we may be able to accept reservations on the same day. In order to ensure smooth service, please contact us by phone.
Q. Until what time is the reception open?
A. Same-day returns are available until 2:00 p.m., but please call us if you would like to return after that time.
Q. Is there a cancellation fee?
A. Same-day cancellations are not accepted. Please note that fees already paid are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel, please do so by 5:00 p.m. the day before.
About coming to our shop
Q. Can I check in large luggage such as carry-on cases?
A. Yes, it is possible. We will keep them free of charge. However, we apologize for the inconvenience, but you will need to use the stairs to get to the store on the basement floor.
Q. Is there anything I need to bring?
A. Everything necessary for dressing is provided.
During the winter season only, it is recommended to bring warm undergarments (with open necklines), leggings, and gloves to protect yourself from the cold.
About Kimono Dressing
Q. I don't feel comfortable changing in public.
A. Please be assured that each person will change in a private room.
Q. I don't know anything about kimonos. Can you give me some advice?
A. We will propose a coordination plan that suits each individual customer.
Q. I am pregnant. Can I rent a kimono?
A. Unfortunately, we do not accept pregnant customers.
